In a dusty workshop with dry conditions that may generate static electricity, how can product weight inspection be done safely?You will need an explosion-proof checkweigher.This is a customized explosion-proof checkweigher we designed for a chemical company. It can be used in special production line with high dust levels and explosion-proof requirements.Its core advantages include:Sealed Design: It uses a separate explosion-proof certified control box, with sealed connections to effectively prevent dust from entering.Control Box: The control box is equipped with an emergency stop switch, power switch, start button, and stop button. The USB port has an IP67-rated protective cover, and the explosion-proof touch screen mouse for parameter set.Explosion-Proof Conduit: The external wiring of the entire machine is in explosion-proof conduit, effectively preventing sparks leakage.Explosion-Proof Motor: The motor and sensors of this equipment are explosion-proof, providing comprehensive protection.Conveyor Belt: The belt width is 600 mm, capable of weighing 25kg bags of powdered materials from the upstream line. The customer requires that they install the rejection system themselves, and we offer the alarm signal.
